The MassDOT Highway Division is working with a broad-based Project Advisory Committee to help guide
the design of the improvements. The Project Advisory Committee includes members
of the Study Advisory Committee that successfully worked on the Feasibility Study
plus additional members. Advisory Committee meetings are held in Methuen in the
