Agency and public participation has been critical to advancing the Methuen Rotary Project since the feasibility study initiated the project. A broad-based Advisory Committee of agencies, the City of Methuen, Town of Dracut, residents and abutters provided valuable guidance during the feasibility study and design phase. Public meetings drew hundreds of participants from Methuen and neighboring communities and provided excellent input on the concepts and design of the partial cloverleaf plan.
As the project gets close to construction, information and Updates about the upcoming work will be provided through a variety of means, which will include opportunities for feedback. These consist of:
