Early coordination with federal, state, and local agencies, City of Methuen, Town
of Dracut, abutters, and the public is key to making this Methuen Rotary Project
successful. The MassDOT Highway Division is ensuring that people are aware the project is happening,
have access to key project information and data, can participate and be heard; and
understand the Commonwealth's commitment to the project.
The Methuen Rotary Project has multiple levels of participation:
- Regular Advisory Committee meetings
- Early and ongoing agency coordination meetings
- US Mail/email list for announcements
- Widely advertised public meetings at key milestones
